Adjusting, Adapting and Doing My Best in a Time of Crisis
Do YOU think we are going to come out of this? I do. If you do too, you might have questions about how to communicate during this crisis. What can you say so that you acknowledge that the world has changed but don't appear tone-deaf? Can you stay in your customers' thoughts while your doors are closed so that increased mindshare becomes increased market share when business resumes? I don't know what happens next, or when, but I am hopeful that sometime over the summer people will be celebrating life again. I expect they will want to play and escape and visit fantastic worlds.
